简介:胡钟慧,beat365中国官方网站工商管理系讲师。上海财经大学管理学博士,美国东北大学联合培养博士。主要研究领域为企业指导关系、领导力、创造力等。主持教育部人文社科基金1项。曾在Human Resource ManagementAsia Pacific Journal of Human Resources、《商业经济与管理》等国内外期刊发表论文近10篇。

Zhonghui Hu, Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, School of Management, USST. Ph.D. in Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, with a joint Ph.D. program from Northeastern University in the United States. Her primary research areas include mentoring relationships, leadership, and creativity. She has led one project funded by the Ministry of Education’s Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation and has published 10 papers in domestic and international journals such as Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, and Business Economics and Management.

摘要:随着越来越多的中国企业将导师制作为重要的人力资源管理手段,其消极面开始逐渐显现。然而,理论和实践对于指导失调的影响后果,尤其是师徒交叉影响后果其应对机制的理解尚不充分。因此,本讲座结合3个实证研究,对指导关系失调的影响后果及应对机制进行探讨。

With the increasing adoption of mentorship programs as a crucial tool in human resource management by Chinese enterprises, the negative aspects are gradually becoming apparent. However, there is still insufficient understanding in both theory and practice regarding the consequences of dysfunctional mentoring relationships, particularly the outcomes of the cross-over impact between mentors and protégés, and the coping mechanisms involved. Therefore, this lecture, drawing from three empirical studies, explores the impact and coping mechanisms of dysfunctional mentoring relationships.
