Based on the specific response behavior and responsibility division of each participant in the process of household waste classification and recycling, a thorough research on the interest driving factors of each participating entity is conducted from such three dimensions as urban residents, government, and society. A theoretical analysis and decision-making model of the response behavior of relevant entities in the domestic waste classification and recycling system is constructed. Moreover, solid waste reduction nodes are analyzed based on material flow and LCA and their environmental responsibilities are defined. An evolutionary game model of waste reduction cooperation behavior among enterprises is constructed. MATLAB software is used for simulation analysis to study the impact of parameter changes of influential factors such as cost allocation, benefit distribution, penalty mechanism and spillover effect on the evolution of intelligent waste reduction cooperative network among enterprises.
